MEET YOUR ADVOCATES
LOCAL LEADERSHIP
Our Union Officers and Representatives are committed to supporting every member of AFGE Local 2145. From advocacy to workplace guidance, they work to ensure your voice is heard and your rights are protected.

I am Dr. Cadeidra “Dee Dee” Green, President of AFGE Local 2145. I am a tenured federal employee and practicing Kinesiotherapist with over a decade of service at the Department of Veterans Affairs. My union leadership is rooted in action, advocacy, and accountability. I have filed and won grievances, supported EEO claims, submitted ULPs, and helped employees navigate adverse actions, workers’ compensation, and unsafe conditions. Even amid a shifting federal landscape, our Local remains active, organized, and effective—focused on transparency, inclusion, and results-driven representation.
